I've just seen the Creative Recon 3D for £162, the Tactic 3D is within budget and also has a charging dock.
I can vouch for the logitech g930's - they have optimal sound quality but comfort is a bit of a issue, if you have a small to average sized head you'll be fine.
Turtle Beach have a new line of black ops 2 branded headsets which are pricey and look interesting.

G930's were really good, my bonce is a bit bigger and i had no trouble with them 
I have a capacious bonce and was using setting 12 on the headband for a snug + slightly loose fit. Just to give you a idea of the SCALE of my bonce.
They were simply uncomfortable, the area behind my jaw was in pain and my ears became sore very quickly.
