Did you ever play 'Links awakening' that came out a year later? It was superior in everyway, except not graphically of course, being on the gameboy. Everyone got stuck on the exact same bit on the second dungeon where you had to kill 3 baddies in a certain order. It was ludicrously cryptic, and I was lucky enough to play the dx version which was made a little easier by telling you if a key was hidden in a room!Wang Computer said:My head says Ocarina of Time (although this might be imminently replaced by Twilight Princess - only 1 more day to wait).
However, my heart says A Link to the Past. Quite possibly the game that really set the precedent of what Zelda 'should be', if you take my meaning. Of course OoT is superior, but back in 1992, this diminutive, 8-megabit title was nothing short of a revelation.

You know they're doing one don't you? For the DS, it's supposed to be out some time soon.Quixote said:Wasn't bothered about Twilight princess for ages because I wanted a sequel to this (I got over that though.
1) Wind Waker - Best atmosphere, best style, love the world, I'll forgive a little padding. Wasn't bothered about Twilight princess for ages because I wanted a sequel to this (I got over that though.
