hi

i'm on o2 payg atm and just ordered a sim free touch pro so i'm looking for a cheap .. like <10 (can ring up sales to do it) contract with something along the lines of a couple of hundred texts and likewise minutes but plenty of data usage also. so i am wanting to know the network with the largest amount of data usage, ie. i know o2's unlimited is 200mb etc. good coverage is important also ofc.

thanks

with 3 on payg you can get for £5 for unlimited data usage for 30 days inc HSDPA. The unlimited data is subject to a fair use of 1 gig of data during the 30 days.

I use it on my 6120 and it is excellent. Also your £5 data bundle can be used abroad in countries that 3 networks inc Austria, Italy, Hong Kong, australia etc.

Not true anymore - it changed about a year ago. Now there's no pre-set limit as such, they just notify you when they consider your usage to be unacceptable.

But their coverage/speed is horrible though. I actually found T-Mobile to have excellent 3G coverage/speed - the normal Web&Walk add-on is £7.50 per month for "fair use" of 1GB, but apparently you don't get HSDPA so you need to pay £12.50 per month for the W&W Plus if you want HSDPA, which also gets you free hotspot access at all T-Mobile hotspots (As well as 200mins per month at either BT hotspots or foreign T-Mobile hotspots)

I'm going to Italy for a week and I could do with the web bolt on for then tbh but I suppose if I do it through o2 i'll get charged more as i'm abroad? Might be better off waiting for a wifi spot tbh

3Italy is a good service and you can use your 3 add-ons over there as well. Also phone calls will be charged at the same price as UK calls and texts.

Can I ask how much you paid for the touch pro?

thanks :)

atm Biolody, Chemistry, Physics, maths, further maths. thinking of going into engineering somewhere down the line :)

i can definately recommend physics/maths and futher maths as i did them:D and my brother did biology and he enjoyed it

how did you do grade wise Mayhs? I've heard physics/chemistry/further maths are some of the more difficult subjects

all A's in them and over 90% ums...to be honest, they are hard but you if you work hard youll be fine really...further maths will give you a shock the first few weeks but remember that these subjects are meant to be harder...

and the best advice i can give you is stay on top of everything, if you find something hard then read the textbook and ask your teacher, dont leave it, because its a lot harder than gcse's...

and if you want any more advice/help with the subjects then just ask:)
