Beta BC2 access

Anyone else going to be on from the 28th?

This is my first proper game that I have pre ordered simply for the beta access, so have no idea how it works, but can't wait, if it's anything like the first, I will be over the moon, if it's like in those moments videos they put up... I will will cease to exist for a good 2 weeks lol.

Did you mean to put this in the PC section? Pretty sure the PS3 beta has been and gone?

There's a "Pre-order" Beta coming to all consoles some time and about a week(?) afterwards there's a "Public" beta for all consoles.

Oh and wait for Zensuji to reply , he's the BF:BC 2 Guru

The beta has been and gone (on console). One retailer was going to offer early demo access, but they scrapped that now.

The demo is open to all 4th Feb.

Nope not really. I'm also avoid the limited editions as all they do is offer unlocks for weapons in MP which I want to earn myself. Did manage to bag a few pre-orders from amazon on the 360 when they were £23 which I'm well happy about.

Ah, I got the limited edition for the unlocks as if it's like BC1, you never use them anyway lol, although the motion sensor should come in handy as I was always terrible with tanks in BC1 lol. But I can imagine a unlock is to be hidden from that with a couple of classes though.

I can see where you're coming from, but from playing the beta, the thing that swayed it for me was having the unlock for alternate fire on a tank – there were far too many times I’d be the driver/main gunner and have a total eejit in the turret; only to sit there as some spec ops laced me up with C4 as matey was bird watching instead of shooting

Being able to shell and machinegun from day one is a must imo, add to that the Thompson was godly!
