BeThere hosted STEAM Content Server

I can see a use on throttling ISPs (BT, Virgin, etc) but on BeThere it seems kind of redundant.

When I first signed up the FUP on BeThere was 3.6TB over a period of two months but still judged on a case by case basis.

I'm a seriously heavy user decided 3.6TB sounded like a challenge, managed to get just over 1.5tb before running out of interesting things to download.

It makes you think. If Bethere can afford for the FUP to be as high as 3.6TB (which does sound a little bit too much) then why the hell do other ISP's have to be so uptight about download usage?

Most ISPs that offer LLU products don't have strict usage caps due to how much cheaper their backhaul is compared to BT Centrals. IPStream ISPs simply have much higher running costs (in terms of bandwidth).
