To be fair, I think the OP is only asking about one game. NOt all the games. 
Better graphics on PC or Xbox 360?

The higher resolution textures and extra AA/AF is what makes PC better for me. Console games just look too blurry and jagged for my liking.
Agreed. I've had COD on both and I can safely say the PC version looks better.
Yup that's why he got the message "Please read the FAO regarding signature sizes."
AA / AF will typically edge a game on the PC, even if everything else is same graphically.

This was the noticeable thing for me the most surprising though was how much better the games looked on the 360 over the PS3.
Even a fairly cheap gaming pc will do better than the 360 at higher FPS, AA/AF and res to boot

I was really happy with my 360 but got a new rig 3 months ago and now find it hard to enjoy a game on the 360, mainly because of the frame rate. When you get used to running games at 60+ fps then go back to a console you really notice the difference as a lot of console games fps is a lot lower.
In theory PC should always look better provided you have good enough hardware, as you can use higher resolution / AA.
However, it's also more expensive. You will struggle to get a (new) PC for £150 including Windows that is capable of playing modern games.

I find that a lot of the time I loathe to play consoles until I put a game in and then play. Then I remember that they do pretty damn well most of the time, forget about everything and play.
That said, I do prefer PC's typically for games, but the majority of the reason is the user made mods rather than anything else.
