Better task manager?

I am looking for some software like Windows Task Manager but that gives a little more information.

Like what proccesses are using what cores, the percentage usage on the cores, etc...

Want something for free if possible, Windows 7 64bit (if it matters).

Can anyone recommend anything?

Whats wrong with the current TaskManager? Doesn't it do all those things already?

I want numbers, it gives you graphs and stuff but I can't see the numbers?

Have a look at Process Explorer, my old school used to use it to keep an eye on applications.

Well it was written by those two guys, Mark Russionovich (sp?) and his buddy who ran Sysinternals. MS have since bought their company and they now both work for MS.

I assume it's other developers in MS that keep working to improve it.
