Better to cool the GPU and CPU in line or independantly ?

The joys of having a 900D (Got 2x 480, 2x 240, 1x 120) in mine

The UT60 is a very thick radiator (e.g. 85mm with fans attached), however it's got some great connection options due to it's multi-port design

OMG radiator city...

The multiport is exactly why I've gone for it - inlet on the left end of the rad from the gpu and cpu, then the outlet on the right end straight down to the pump/resevoir - should be able to have a tidy arrangement for the pipework. Aiming to mount the rad inside the top of the case and the "pull" fans above it to minimise visible bulk

I would send your rad back and get a 360

Seems a bit "rad" - ical but if I was to use a 360 I'd need one with outlets/inlets at both ends to get the layout I want and the Alphacool nexXxos range were the only ones I could find - you know af another ?

I'm not sure you can use the ports on the UT60 as you described as it's only really designed as a bleed/fill port

You'd effectively be bypassing the water flow from 2/3rds of the radiator, if you want that loop configuration you're probably going to want a cross port radiator.

If you're planning on using acrylic tubing, just run a tube down the side of the radiator.

Case is black (matt) but white components show up lovely under the UV, having a total rethink now lol, ok going for a 360 but not xflow, inlet and outlet on the left, tubing and lovely shiny compression joints will be in the bottom and left side of the window

I'm using 1x560[620 x 145 x 60mm] external rad 140mm low rpm fans, easy to maintain keep components in line.

Depending on what pump and at what speed you run it at, the fluid will be moving so fast through the waterblocks that there will only be around a 1-3 degrees difference in temps between the two. The main thing I would consider is making sure you get a good high quality rad with good fans. The temperature should even out through the loop.

XSPC AX or EK PE series are both fairly good performer for thin-ish radiators.

Not a fan of EX series, they need such a high fan speed to cool sufficiently

K, gone for a Black Ice Nemesis 360 GTX, arrived today, looks like will be a nice fit without intruding into the case too much. Also took delivery of some UV stuff today - acrylic Primochill UV blue tubing and XSPC UV/clear flexi tubing - Unbelievable difference between the two, the acrylic is very, very weak UV reactive and totally see through under UV light (with no coolant ) whereas the XSPC is INTENSE, very opaque glowing blue, I guess due to the thicker walls. Have a dilemma now. I was going to watercool with the acrylic as I wanted nice straight lines but the flex tube looks infinitely better and has a larger internal diameter so better flow.... hmmm
