Bezel modding?

hi could a Lian Li C-01B Aluminium CD-ROM/DVD-ROM Bezel be modded to fit a Silverstone Sugo SG01 Aluminium Mini PC

It could be modded to fit it yes, why would you want to though as the Silverstone has been designed to look ok without bezels.

It is deffinately moddable yes.

could you not just mod a silverstone bezel onto the drive?. all you need is some foam tape.

i just like the look if the black Aluminium finish and the Lian Li Bezel might look nicer than the poow looking plastic bezel drive

Get a Coolermaster bezel that just sticks on top and try and get rid of the coolermaster logo on it

If you go the CM route Harib0 is the one to speak to about removing logo's without damaging the aluminium, she know's to much about that stuff, although she does have a excuse

And you might find her lurking about somewhere close to here in CC boasting about her amazing collection of atcs - what do you plan on doing to remove it, and why go to the hassle of removing it?

hmm RandomTom, well it wouldnt look right using a Silverstone case with a coolermaster logo on the front as well

True true, I have a silver sugo and had a silver coolermaster bezel on til i managed to break it lol

i was told Brasso Metal Polish could remove it? is that true?

maybe Silvo - Silver Polish could do it as well?

On topic.. couldnt you simply midify the Silverstone Sugo plates to fit over the drives?

I wouldn't use either, because the CM bezels are anodised and it will affect the surface.

oooh just the question i wanted to ask! Im looking to get rid of the small coolermaster writing on the bottom of my silver bezel before i move the drive to a silver sugo, what plan of attack would you suggest harib0?
