BF2 AA not working?

Thought I would take a break from breaking my system by trying to oc and installed BF2 on the new rig...

Although I can set everything at high res, for some reason when selecting AA level and hitting apply it just ignores me and sets it to "OFF".

Checked that nVidia control panel is set to Application Controlled, which it is. Anyone give me a clue.
 
BF2 hates overclocking - if thats what you mean by "oc" ?

Well, my rig hates it anyway!

Everything else runs well o/c'd, games like COD4 etc for me, overclocking is essential to get every bit of performance... :o

Dunno why, BF2 has always been an overclocking bitch for me! :o:(
 
Hmmm,

I was hoping this nice new setup with new GTX would banish all my graphical woes for some time.. I guess I can force it in nVidia control panel, but just prefer it done in game.. never mind..

in the same boat! bf2 wont allow my 2900 pro AA even when it isnt clocked (99%) when playing bf2!

too much beer hope that made sense...simply bf2 + high(er) end spec = pain in ze backside
