Im sick of being in a server full of people who are in love with nades and bunny hopping?

Any team players out there fancy a few rounds?

Have you tried Project Reality?

It's BF2 minus what you described. What it could have, but maybe not should have been. In any case, we are grateful for the modification.

Have tried it, i played it for a few days but kind of got sick of having to run across a massive map to get shot once and have to do it all again

Not for me, i love the franticness of Vanilla, but i need a decent squad with me to enjoy it fully

I really cant stand the people who complain about bunny hopping! Its in the dam game! They even removed firing while jumping you please you lot.

Its really simple to kill them - point the gun at the bad guy and fire.

i suppose i meant the dolphin diving, where someone can dive to the ground and get a 1 shot kill from 50m away

Well i complain about when im on a server whose rules clearly state in IN BIG RED LETTERS: NO BUNNY HOPPING

If the rules dont mention it , then fine, fair game, otherwise xxxx off.

Bunny hopping is just another tactic in the arsenal of staying alive. Fancy trying to ban that - lol. After 4 years of playing it I just dont understand that. 1.5 patch is cool to.

bunny hopping wouldn't be nearly such an issue if the hit detection were any good, dolphin diving and grenade spam is my real gripe there's less of it on CoD4 ffs and that is a really arcadey game.

how anyone can claim it's in any way, shape or form realistic to be able to dive forward 6 foot whilst firing and be accurate in any way with an automatic weapon is a liar or in the SAS.

the worst is emptying as clip at close range in short burst in to someone only to have them spin round, dive to the floor and kill you before they hit the ground.

Nade spam does seem to be increased, I even find myself doing it at times but when your in a squad of 6 a barrage of nades to any flag will the enemy running so its obvious why!

The trick is to find a tigh nook or cranny where you still can take the flag, that or plan your exit for if u see a nade drop at your feet and run!

The guys in Jets, Bombers do me the most as they are sooo accurate with them!

It's worth bearing in mind that BF2 does not attempt to be a simulation.
