Reduce your graphics settings a bit..turn off AA should do it and delete your bf2 cache ..
did the trick for me .. had exactly the same issue after installing W7
Go to your My Documents folder,
In the bf2 folder open mods, then open bf2 folder.
Open the cache folder and delete the files in the cache folder. This will clear you shader cache..
