The new SF sniper unlock is probably my favourite weapon, It's so damn accurate. I shot a guy in the head early from about 100 meters and he was running!

The netcode on bf2 is different thats probably what your encountering. So long as everyones ping is below 100 its fairly accurate.

If you get an X in your crosshair then you hit him, this is especially important with shotguns as the pellets go everywhere.
Its pretty hard to hit a guy in a turret because of all the protection.

I would expect a Gtx to run it at ultra high, I found a 6800 could run at high when I owned that card previously

Thats nothing, whole 16man map shots are possible on gulf of oman with that gun

7800gt, 2gb ram, 2.6ghz/2.6ghz x2 all maxed out online 4xaa 2xaf just fine, never slows down for me and only stutters once everytime I load up Karkand 64man, but then its fine for the whole round.

SF unlocks are useable on std maps?

Might give it a try

Have the 1st Sniper upgrade atm and its defineatly better than the original one, altho with some targets it still takes 3 shots to kill em, while they're laid down next to a flag or summit.

Bit annoying for me as I've always been great with rifle on MoH and CoD series

Ah well cant pwn in them all
