these "V's" threads are i waste of anybodys time imo and will "said game" work on my systems see spec lol buy the game and try it ffs ;)

i didnt ask if it would run on my system , if it doesnt btw there something far wrong! , all i asked was how well the graphics compared to new games, i should have also asked about the gameplay , because as far as graphics go i couldnt give a crap , as long as its good to play , cod4 in single player is amazing imho , but the multiplayer is lacking like so many others , in this age of voice chat etc we should be able to have great team matches , but it always seems to turn into a free for all

urgh i just hate that , them sounds should be left to the game they came from they ruin css and other games for me.

yeh i love them, but i can see why they would ruin peoples game, cod4 is full of fun sounds when you complete a chalenge anyway and people compare it to the arcade so i trhink it would be a nice add,

Don't exgaggerate people, although I agree Cod4 looks far prettier in general.
Some parts of CoD4 looks terrible, even with textures on max the textures of an M1A1 abrahams tank are much nicer on BF2, the vehicles in CoD4 just look bad imo compared to the main vehicles in bf2, like the tanks, planes, humvee, desert buggy, etc...

But bf2 looks carp in other places, it's not carp as in unplayable, but noticably worse.
 
guys you have to remember that bf2 was released in 2005 a whole 3 years ago, i mean we all no how fast the games industry flows these days i still play bf2 a lot and its still very pleasing on the eyes at the end of the day its personal choice :D

muh whos counting months anyway lol oohh wait you lot are ;) still you cant compare the two with graphics, it would be like comparing farcry to crysis, its just to much of a gap

When you make a statement you need try make sure its accurate m8.

The CoD2 engine is older than the BF2 one and CoD4 uses that engine.

oblivion uses the civ4 engine ;)

Engines can be heavily modified:p
