BF2 wont load

High guys I am having problems loading BF2

My PC
P4 3.2 (Northwood)
Asus P4c800-E Deluxe (M/Board)
2 x 256mb PC3200 Corsair CMX256A-3200C2
2 x 512mb PC3200
ATi Radeon 9700 Pro
Pioneer DVR-110
Sony DVD Player
Zalman (CNPS7000B-CU) Super Flower Cooler AMD and P4

is my pc too old to run this ?

might be better in the pc game forum.

should be able to run bf2 on that.

what do you mean by it wont load?, getting a blank screen , errors ??

Yeah I'm sure you can run BF2 on that machine

Had a similar one before, ran just fine without maximum settings.

I'm not questioning your intelligence but if you are trying to load rather than install, do you have the cd in?

How long do you have to wait?.

I had that with mine over the last couple of days. I had to wait about 1 minute until it did something

Not sure to be honest I will have another go with it tonight, I just gave up because I didnt think my pc was powerful enough to run it.

it might just take some time to clear from the black screen, had it on a couple of occasions.

iirc the cursor sould be the "2" from bf2 and not just a normal cursor.

Mine has somehow increased its loading time, hanging on the black screen for about a minute.
