Any one still playing this great FPS....?
As the game reaches its 4th anniversary, and new patch out soon, and the Project Reality mod, what more could you ask for? I still play it as regular as I can......

Still love it, tried the 1.5 patch but kept getting disconnected, poo!

and only 25 minutes on a parachute.. tsk tsk.. U can get some great kills from up high :D
 
heh just looked at my stats.

Played for 18 months, for tad under 80 hours and I stopped playing on my 17th Birthday.

Truly love this game, no game comes even close to it but haven't been able to play since i had my new screen :(

decided to go get a 1080p screen and put it on wall and use it as my main and only screen so im about 10ft away from my screen with wireless keyboard and mouse, makes it impossible to play bf2 :(

That will all chnage though if they ever bring out BF3
 
any one else on 1.5 and windows 7 keep getting disconnected back to lobby? Also I dont seem to have any floor textures?

It really is one of the best games ever made. But these days I can't bear to play it anymore and see my bullets fail to make even a dent on enemies.

And with the apparent turd that is 1.5 it doesn't look like I'll ever be making a proper comeback :(

I want BF3!

only played for a few hours over the last year, i think i really stopped playing when cod4 was released then i moved to cod waw , i just cant go back to BF2 knowing there is no inf HC mode :(


I tried project reality but spawning miles from anywhere wasnt really my idea of fun
 
I preferred BF2142 for its infantry gameplay. Titan mode was fun, but the size of the titan levels were too small. The games need more players per map.
