Hi
Is it possible to get the demo to run at 6xAA? Everytime i set it to 6 it defaults back to 4....very irritating

yes, go to control panel - add/remove programs and uninstall ...

install bf2 and play

then laugh at the kiddies who bought duf2142 ;p

Can you set it in the driver control panel? Set to 6x in there, 0x in the game, see if that works.

As said above,you should be able to force it through the drivers

Its probably already set to 4x in your driver properties hence every time you set it to 6x ingame it defaults back to 4x

IIRC only ATI cards support 6x AA

I have an Nvidia card, how do i set V-sync in BF 2142? I know you can force it through drivers, but i need instuctions

Forcing stuff on battlefield 2 was a bad idea...when I forced 6xAA in the drivers the terrain decided not to draw itself. It was quite funny, buildings and people all floating around in the air...totally unplayable though!

Maybe it'll be fine in 2142 though.

Cool guys, i'll give that a go - and yes, BF2 is infinately better than 2142 but im still playing the demo!
And i have an x1900xt so should be 6xAA enabled
