I had the same thing, I think it was USA servers when I first looked at 6.15pm Uk but now there are UK servers so I'm on them!!

I went from 1min to 69 but the Q number was all out of sync!

Finally downloading

....at 145kbs on a 10mb connection.

They should release using torrents...much better for files of this size.

its runs absolutley shocking on my system @ 800x600 - BF2 had no probs at 1024x768+. Havent really got anything positive so say about it, think will play a little more....

I found the beta ran better than bf2 for me, when bf2 was using 2gig ram, and i only now have 1gig :/

The last beta run sweet for me hope this updated ones as good and i pray its got rid of the stupid white screen thing.

the beta client 1 is closed, its still in beta testing, just client 2 (basically, they patched it \o/)

Remember there is still and NDA on 2142 guys, so no hints to what might have been fixed and stuff. Even thought everydog and his owner knows :/

Well, i got a key and into the beta, but the fileplanet waiting thing went down to one minute left to go, and i check back in a few seceonds, and ive got to wait 65 mintues! WTF is up with that!?

same happened to me but im 900 odd in the cue :rolleyes:

guess you have to wait till it reaches zero

Yeah but if you look at your place in the Q you weren't at '1' I bet? I had the same was place 670 of 1600 and 1 min left, I knew it was incorrect and going to jump back up again...... oh well I have a key so I will deff be playing tomorrow night!!

I've got my key and am sat in the queue. Hopefully I get the chance to download before i go to bed.

I love BF2, so this will be a nice experience to guide Dice and EA to make this game decent from the outset.
