BF2142 Points system

Ok having trauled Google I can find no definitave answers regarding the new point scoring system for BF2142, have found bits and bobs here but I know that for instance if a squad leader gives an order to attack or defend something for instance and you head there, you get extra points for each kill you get etc etc.

Has anyone found a page listing everything you get points for or does anyone know?

Also have pre-ordered mine from the people in Mons Olympus, has anyone else? if so when can we expect to have the game?

Hey Chris,

Im not sure if the points system is much different to BF2. A kill gets you points, destroying tactical places gets you points, capturing silos gets you points. Theres a list of Ranks and Unlocks with the amount of points per rank needed listed here : http://totalbf2142.com/page.php?do=ranks

I believe if you order from the jersey place it should get there for friday. My friend has had an email saying its being packed so it oculd depend on when you ordered it.

In addition to the ones you got in BF2, you now also get points if you do actions near your squad orders (like a kill, capture, etc.). I think you also get points if you do the same actions next to your squad leader / commander.

Bloody hell I need to communicate something in order to get a response, how else can I say it?? I didnt directly say there name or provide links so whats the problem, also I'm buying and talking about games which OcUK dont sell......... relax a little, Overclockers is a well established company that does not really need to worry about competition from companies such as the one I mentioned.

From playing the demo I kept seeing message pop up saying something like 'squad leader assist point' or when I was squad leader and I gave orders I would get points if the people in my squad got kills while following those orders, thing is there is no mention of this stuff anywhere...... lets just hope its all in the manual.

There is a strict rule about mentioning of competitors, which includes hinting, nomatter how subtle. If they're a competitor, you can't talk about them. Simple as.
