BF3 crashes to desktop, Is there a solution?

Well i have been playing the BF series of games for years now. After a short break I have returned to BF3. It seems that the newest update is not the best.

Everytime I play online, BF3 crashes to desktop at some point.
Whether it be 5 mins in or 15mins, It always crashes.
There is no error message.

I have tried lots of so called fixes and nothing is working.

I'd love to get through just one round!

Does anybody have any experience of fixing this?

Help would be appreciated.

I am on 64bit windows 8, AMD 7730m

BF3 runs well 40 - 50 FPS (until it inevitably crashes to desktop)

What would this achieve? Every other game runs fine without crashing.

Have you updated graphics card drivers recently?

as you hadn't previously stated that every other game runs fine it may have helped point to a possible solution, eg overheating

Yeah I am running Beta amd drivers, Leshcats 13.6 i think.

Trouble is I don't know how to install the original drivers.

My laptop has hd4000 and amd 7730m

Yes you are quite right, I have had no problems with overheating so far.

Do you have an overclock on CPU or GPU. If so can you try to put them to normal speeds and play?

No overclock no, I did try underclocking to see if that would improve stability.

I Have tried SO many things and I give up.

This does not bode well for my potential BF4 purchasing.

My brother has the same issue, we never resolved it; tried everything we could think of all listed in the thread and more. It's the only game to do this and it seems a fair few other people have the issue.
But 4 is around the corner so he doesn't care anymore

Leshcats?

How about uninstalling/reinstalling BF3 and then trying the 13.9 drivers?
