BF3 - Overclockers vs (a different PC forum community) 8pm 14th Jan

EDIT - sorry only just realised that i'm not allowed to mention the other forum community. They're another big PC based forum.

Hi guys,

First of all, thanks very much for all those who attended our small session recently. We had some absolute monster battles!

Lewes Battlefield Community (Knights of Geek | KOG) are going to be holding another get together on our 32 slot server this Saturday 14th Jan. Overclockers vs H exus forum members! I'm sure there'll be lots of banter on this topic!

It's not an official clan event, just a friendly event between both sets of forum communities.

Jump on our Teamspeak before 8pm if you can and i'll start to arrange the channels.

Do a search for KNIGHTSOFGEEK.COM | [KOG] in BF3

Please reply below to register for this event (our website isn't finished yet). Would be good to get such an event going to get these two communities battling against each other.

Good to have you aboard.

I'll put the B2K maps back on the server. Only one of us hadn't downloaded them, so that's why i removed it last week.

No problem.

First of all, download Teamspeak.

Depending on what Win 7 yout have, either 32bit or 64bit, download the relevant version.

When downloaded and installed, go to > Connections > Connect

IP Address - 85.236.100.27:15767
Give yourself a nickname


Then load into BF3 and search for our server.

Well the plan is to fill the server, but if we can't then we'll go with what we've got. TBH, i'll be surprised if we get the chance to fill it.

I put their name in the title and it put stars in it's replacement. They're not a competitor, just an IT site...... H exus.
 
Wow we're full, got 32 players!

I'm sure we'll have a few no shows, so i'm going to have 6 reserve slots.

At the moment we have a fair few more Overclockers peeps than H exus.

Thanks for registering Zuma. So far we've got 35 people sign up on both forums. So we have a few reserve players.

That includes some people that said they're maybe's.

Also please get into the server on Saturday before 8pm so we can start straight away.I will of course need to arrange the teams on the server and then lock it.

Server will be password protected so this will be dished out nearer the time.
