Maybe certain systems it is happening to and as you say, it could easily be missed if the testers didn't get it.
 
Spoke to a guy from EA support Here what he had to say not much :(
Guess I just wait for AK and AMD to release this months Driver.

(I am not really aware of this thing but probably you should wait for AK launch i.e... 11th of September and see does it happens over there too ..

Moreover I think the Graphic Cards may need some driver tweak which is completely on Manufacturer side .. may be they will release soon a driver to counter it .. your youtube video shows pretty much everything keep that always on record while making your point ..
