BF3 weapon redemption code not working?

Hi guys, I preordered my BF3 copy so I got a code for weapon unlocks. I've redeemed the ode in origin and it says it's confirmed, however ingame I can't see my new unlocked weapons :( Any help?
 
contacted them and they said they won't be available until the back to karkand pack is released early december.
 
lies. i bought the limited edition but had no lmg 88 unlock. so i went to ea live chat and they gave me a new code there and then after asking fir my username. i entered that code and now i have lmg 88 and dao shotgun.

the maps come later but the weapons are meant to be unlock early.

that's the code I received in an email from amazon. It said the code was successful, however in game the weapons are not showing

i referenced the pwp pack and said the guns had not unlocked. i gave my d.o.b. too and luckily i had used the one i gave to them lol. they did give me a new code and it worked. good luck.
 
Right, contacted EA AGAIN as the guy didn't sort my issue. The guy I spoke to said he would be right back after sorting my problems and he disconnected, cheeky bugger. Again I contacted someone else who pointed me towards my retailer (Amazon), so I contacted amazon and the helpful chap said he would contact EA to get a new code. I've since received 2 codes, and although they say the unlock has been successful, I still can't see the bloody weapons! I've contacted them again, let's see if 3rd time lucky!
