i know it should have...but i like these apps and didnt it want it to be these causeing the problem...hehe but it turns out it could well be one of these as i just played for 45 mins or so and didnt crash........
so just to update im using 11.6 cap 3 drivers with the msi afterburner and core temps off, and this seems to have worked.....will have to test further......
does this also mean that the mumble overlay might cause problems?
funny really as this setup worked perfectly with my gtx280 or is it something to do with the ati drivers aswell???
If it seems to be running fine with all the external applications off then try playing with one enabled in turn to see if the problems reoccur, should give you a good idea which may be causing the issues.
