BFBC2 issues

well in one respect I really like the game but some server games I played leave me soooo annoyed/frustrated I want to uninstall it......
Heres the issues I have, does anyone else get the same or is it just me and my system?

1) cant save the settings I use for the ingame browser
2)Cant save the equip settings I use when in the game for the next game I play
3) Joystick wont work even though I've added the controls correctly and its a well known Joystick with latest drivers
3) Cant make it play in DX11 in the menu even though I have a 5870 card
4) when in the thick of action scroll wheel to get next weapon but sometimes it wont work and I have to scroll back and forth then suddenly it comes up
5)usually I needed to switch to kill someone and because it wont find the wep or can only scroll one way I get knifed
6) sometimes I can be about 40 feet away from someone and sniper them 4 times with no kill, they turn round and pop 1 pistol shot and I'm dead
7) in big fights or when zoomed in with some weps I find it hard to distinguish friend or foe

anyone get the same or have others to add?

apart from that I could really like this game, surprised theres so many issues with a new release though

6) It could be that Bullets "drop" due to mavity, you had lag or you suck
7) It's war, you want each team to wear different colour Hi-Vis vests??

roflmao, yes they dropped a micromillimetre in the 39feet prior to the hit 4 times
...and yes you must have played with me I do suck....for the life of me I cant seem to kill with a 12x zoom at 40 feet and 1 head shot and 3 chest shots
