BFBC2 Vietnam release date??

i think its a cheek to be honest they calling this even a game its four maps :D they should have added this to bfbc2 as a mod lol and sold it just silly milking and people call activision :p

This is the first I've heard about this, and I'm impressed! (Not been on bc2 for a good while)
I never played the original, due to having a godawful pc at the time, but this excites me!

Not played BC2 in ages but, silly I know, the music alone makes this is tempting. The sound track for BF:V was great.

Also makes me want a good atmospheric single player Nam based game. (I know about vietcong, but never had the urge to get and play it).

They're not calling it a game they're calling it an expansion you know like bf2 had?

the most memorable element of bf:v for me was the in vehicle tunes... V glad they have implemented it into this... 9.99 seems a sweet deal to me for what should be plenty of hours online fun :)

This is all im looking forward too this winter....

The whole COD thing, I was big in to, but they lost all their momentum with MW2 (strange that that was the best selling game ever and yet it sucked balls)

I suspect that Black ops will be MW2 but with what was good about COD4.... if they can deliver that, then that would be one hell of a game, however.... the graphics seem dated now....

BF1943 was to Bad company as this seems to be to Bad company 2. BF1943 was only ever the devs messing around with BF1942 maps in the Frostbite engine and realising they could make some extra cash out of it as a small but cheap game, and 1943 sold a huge number of copies.
I imagine they are doing the same for Vietnam and BC2 because they anticipate getting the same number of sales, as well as it not requiring a huge amount of manpower to produce.
