BFG GTX 285 OCX Drivers crashing?

Guess I am going to have to RMA. Just tried UT3, opened menu fine tried turning on all the bells and whistles exact same text and menu corruption.

I really wish my 8800GTX didnt go t*ts up was solid as a rock for 2 years.
