Well as I think my 8800GT is dead I phoned up BFG about an RMA, after 15mins on hold on 15mins trying to tell someone what my name was and what POST is all they told me to do was email them, anyway, emailed 24 hours ago with all the details they need to set up an RMA and I haven't heard anything back... now for someone with 24/7 tech support this doesn't seem to bode well, whats their average response time and how long do they usually take to sort RMAs out and their turn around time?
