I seem to be having issues with my bfg gtx260 registration, now at first I couldnt get my card to register at all, but with a little help from the good people at SFG I have got it sorted and now with more problems to do with the proof of purchase I finally got it all sorted out.

But there was and still is no option to claim my free copy of farcry 2, 3dmark vantage and the lovely little torch. now it is my understanding that the offer has now ended but at the point when I registered my card the offer was still on, and yet I have had no response from the BFG support people on this seeming minor to some issue. One of the problems is that I said to my son that he could have the copy of farcry 2 when it arrived even though he understood that it wouldnt be intime for christmass, and now with no luck from BFG it looks like not only will I not get a free copy ....but i might have to go and buy one just for my son.

Not a good situation at all I think you will agree. I understand a certain "Jeff.Kozlowski" has mentioned before on these forums that if anyone was having problems he would look into it, now i dont know if there is anything he can do but it would be great if he could.

This issue has now been sorted with jeff comming through and saving the day :D.

I'm having the same problem. I bought a BFG GTX260 OCX Maxcore back in November, on the 14th. I registered the card on the 18th of the same month and ordered the Far Cry 2 bundle (Far Cry 2 + 3dMark + Led Torch) that BFG was offering to customers who bought GTX200 cards. The thing is, until today no bundle has arrived. I've sent e-mails to BFG support, BFG marketing, and in the beginning they told me that they were going to look into it and if no bundle had been sent that they would send me one, but until now nothing.

I mean, I payed 350 euros for this card (at the time no store in Portugal was selling it) and had to order it and wait 3 long weeks to have it. The guy at the store even told me "Why don't you just get an eVGA, it's 50 euros cheaper?". And I said "No, BFG has never let me down, I'm staying with BFG". And now they go and do this... I'm really disappointed...

I got my BFG when the 280's were going cheap, so missed out on the offer. I'm about to register it, which means getting in the case as I forgot when I installed it in a hurry that all the info is on the card itself, d'oh!

@ RSC08 you should have got at least a reply back, I understand they have run out now, but at least some confirmation would be useful. Perhaps Jeff can help you out too, he seems to have helped out many people in this forum already. Shame all the manufacturers don't have a representative here. I imagine they could hire someone to trawl such forums and improve the service no end (and stop a lot of negative comments, word of mouth on the internet i'm sure is still important).
 
I mean I absolutely love the card, it's brilliant... but this situation, it really disappoints me. I can't conceive not getting the bundle since I ordered it in November, way before the promotion ended and I got, at the time, confirmation by email, from BFG, that they were going to look into it. But now, after all this time, still no bundle.

I really hope they can solve this...
 
News update: Jeff lived up to his reputation as "Mr. Problem Solver" and came through. In two days he got my bundle delivered. BFG is back on my "top notch" list and maybe there's a second GTX260 OCX Maxcore on the way... ;)

any idea where i can fax my recipt to for my gtx 280? i registered on site but it gives a us fax number, im in uk
