I recently got a Bifenix Shinobi case and I rebuild my PC in it today. It's a great case for the price. I am really impressed. Having the inside painted black really makes it feel more expensive. Also every edge that can be seems to be rolled over, so there are no sharp edges. Cable management is also great with plenty of space behind the motherboard tray for large cables including the main ATX power one, as you can see in the pictures below.
It only comes with 1 fan (this is not the window version) but has space for many more. Having come from a small Lian Li case, this one is much better at cooling - my CPU temps have dropped 5 ish degrees at idle (core temp), helped I'm sure by the mesh vent at the top (will be fitting a fan here shortly).
It was nice to build in, and came with numerous thumbscrews and even a small adaptor to tighten the motherboard standoffs with a screwdriver - lots of thought has gone into this.
Just thought I'd share - as you can guess, I'd recommend this case to anyone on a budget.
(sorry about the picture quality, I only have my awful phone camera with me)
