Got this yesterday.... picked up the last one from Gamestation... did not think the game would be that popular on launch day but they were flying out the door.

I am enjoying it VERY much and it is a blast in multiplayer.

Now, I have not played Brain Age/Training. Can anyone compare the two?

i've got Brain Age but i might wait a few months before picking this up. Its does look like there is enough variation between the 2 to warrant a purchase of both but theres a few games i want to spend my money on before then. Already got 3 and mario kart on the way at some point. Want NSMB and either trauma center or advanced wars. Then that should be me for a good few months.

Take Advance Wars, its cheaper and I don't really enjoy Trauma Centre much. Just my opinion though :)

I have Brain Age and Brain Academy arrives tomorrow/Wednesday so I shall see what the difference really is.

NSMB rocks :D

had a go on Big Brain Academy today (guy at work bought it) and it is very different. It's really very good and im definately gonna pick it up in a few months time, see if i can get it cheap at the end of the summer or something!

Got myself NSMB today, ended up paying the equivalent of £18 :)
£25 odd at HMV then 10% student discount and then a £5 voucher because the purchase was over £20. Thats gonna go towards a case tomoz.
Just too many good games!

Its the US version but plays on any DS.

Of which I have found one annoyance. ;)

There is a game where it shows you two sets of coins and asks you which is the higher value, when I'm on a time limit I actually struggle to learn American currency values lol

Its better than Brain Age though in my opinion, more relaxed and enjoyable.

When the currency test is going on, press A and it changes from the pictures of the coins to their numerical value.
