Big improvement?

Hi all
I am thinking of upgrading to this kit.
Does it look ok and how much faster will it be for office apps and gaming compared to my current system?

Asus P5B Deluxe
Intel Core 2 DUO E6600
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 or OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC2-6400

I will use my own X1900xt Q3
Tagan PSU
and win Vista

Looks good would go for the Geil as it has slightly better timings iirc

Would be definitely faster then your current AMD setup
