is it just me or do all big issue sellers seem to be eastern europeans.i have seen so many reacently but no british homeless selling it.this is just an observation.

where i work there was a guy who would come in nearly everyday who use to sell the big issue near the shop and he was a eastern European.He would come in around 6 o'clock and get his money changed to notes around £80.He was prob earning more then me lol,prob has a mansion somewhere now

only one european woman here sellin it. dont think she sells any tbh. just sits on a piece of card mumbling when you walk by. rest are all geordies shouting big issue at the tops of there voices

All Eastern European here.

There's was a man in town today begging for money for playing music. He was banging his guitar instead of playing it... Weird.

The other day a begger was sitting in the street, he looked at me and went

'your girlfriends beautiful, could I please have some money to buy heroin and alcohol?'

Not surprisingly the police came and moved him on moments later.

Most of the Big Issue sellers round here are Eastern European as well.

Indeed. Mother-in-law once justified buying one every time she was asked to by saying they couldn't go home til they were all sold. I almost lol'ed myself to death.
