ive tried different ram my ballistix
cpu is seated correctly
ive taken off all other stuff and still wont boot

any sugestions will be greatly apreciated thanks in advance kris

Hmm could be PSU side feeding Mobo even though case fans run or bad CPU.

Do you have any spares you can try out with (apart from RAM), more so a PSU and GPU ?.

I had the same problem and i found out i had a faulty mobo and faulty ram :D
Do you have a artic freezer pro by any chance?

I doubt the CPU would be faulty if it gives him error beeps when he takes the RAM out.

Have you looked at the motherboard cpu-socket pins? Check to see if they aren't miss aligned or bent or anything.

Only other thing you could do is build it out of the case...You said you've tried booting it with nothing else connected didn't you?

i tried another gpu an old 7200 and still doesnt boot also im using standerd heatsink and fan its all new stuff so no second hand i will try another psu later but i only have a 250 watter as i am not putting my antec in there lol

Actually you setup look like myne (ram, cpu, mobo(i think))
So try a stick of ram at a time and if that dont work try get someone to lend you some to try.
If that doesnt work tey your ram in a different system.
If that doesnt work faulty mobo and ram.
:D :D :D

already tries 4 diff sticks of ram and 2 of i know are good as they are out of this system im on :) and i know they dnt need overvolting to boot as when i built mine it was all on auto in bios

tested ram in my machine and also tested gpu in my machine and they work perfectly so im pretty sure its the board but dont know if it may have damaged the cpu asw ell so thats why i rma it .do many boards go wrong this is the first time ive had 2 send anything bck after building around 7 different systems in the past 2yrs
