You lucky so and so:p, wish i could get away from this awful weather. One thing i really hate about this place is the weather, one min quite nice and hot and then the next freezing cold. God damn stupid island weather......

Ooooh look at that, the suns out...oh its gone again:(.

If I don't have my minimum of 4 holidays to somewhere warm every year I'd kill myself :p
 
I know you don't get any OT or TOIL - it sucks :(

I work like a dog and clock up a lot of TOIL (I don't get paid OT or bonuses so I take holidays instead). :)
 
Last night in Rutland it was 13C. Been raining for just over 12 hours now. Surely summer can't be over already :(
 
Just checked and it's 16C in my living room as the heating isn't on. Think maybe I'll close some windows a tad to calm the draught down a bit.
 
That's the worse thing about living down south then coming back up to the North East (Scotland), I feel the cold a lot more now than I ever used to before.

It's usually quite nice in Winchester but when I come home to Aberdeen for the weekend (or just for a few days holiday) then I feel freezing whereas everyone else is fine with it. However when they came to visit me a few weeks back, they were too hot (even though I thought it was a nice cool day).

I came back to Aberdeen yesterday and it was the first time I needed to wear a jumper in over 2 months :eek:
 
Two windows open and a fan going. I'm still too hot. Need it to cool more.

More rain would be nice too :)

Finally the weather goes back to normal and I can come out of hibernation as my synapses start firing again...

That said, I've not even got dressed yet today...And I was up at 8am.

There's something nice about it being grey and miserable outside and just lounging around in your underwear because you know you don't need to leave the house :)

Summer's over in Glasgow. Kids here back to school in a week or two so can't have nice weather for them to keep the traditional misery. ;)
 
Gahhh pouring bucketloads here in london, grey and miserable as well...quite chilly too. The sun is there but hiding somewhere..:(

/me curses this bloody islands crap weather:(
 
I was cold so i turned the heater on.. but it was making an annoying noise.. i punched it and smoke came out, not it doesnt work :(

so now im cold again! Bring back the sun >.<
