im about to rebuild my watercooling loop. could maybe use 2 diff compounds on my gfx cards. also try some diff stuff on my cpu.. using mx2 at the moment on gfx and cpu. BF3 max setting on GTX 570 hd 2.5 gb in sli gives 43 on bottom card and 45 on top. cpu runs about 53 with a 4.8ghz oc

Still using a big tube of MX-2 I got a while back. Great paste and decent value compared to other brands.

Out of interest does the Coollaboratory Liquid MetalPad - PS3/XBOX360 come with 1 or 2 x 42x42mm Metalpad? I am after it to fit in my old PS3 with the new quite fan and it has 2 x cores that have heatsinks on.

I think it was the liquid metal stuff I saw a video of. The guy applied one tiny dab and the stuff spread over the entire CPU.

Well its my birthday today, so going out soon (and getting wasted on the weekend), also testing each paste will take time, as ideally I want to stress the CPU up for a bit to get a temp reading, then dismantle the Kuhler, wipe clean, apply new paste, repeat and repeat.

Might take a while

I want to know if the TIM kit is any good. I need to reseat my cpu cooler but i want to do it properly and i have nothing yet so its an ideal kit if its good
