Biggest capacity USB powered HD?

What's the biggest capacity laptop drive? I think it's 250GB in which case this is the biggest as most laptop (2.5") enclosures are USB powered. Smallest? Well, that would be any size really.
You'd be looking at simply the size of the HDU + a little bit. So 2.5" x 4" maybe?
Or, you could look at 1.8" HDU's like in Ipod's etc, but these are more expensive.
Finally, use 'physical' rather than 'actual'
