It's funny but that girl has the most useless job ever. She just stands at the side of the water with a microphone and laughs every now and then, and when she does the camera cuts to her. :/
Total wipeout is awesome. My sister and I were going to see if we could get on it but after downloading the application form realised we needed to pay for our own tickets to Argentina (so to those that say it is in the US it's a bit odd that they send you to Argentina and then forward you on to the US...)

Total Wipeout USA is a truly entertaining program. The presenters Henson & Anderson are funny as hell, Jill Wagner is a total babe & the courses really do put the contestants through the grinder.
Total Wipeout UK is a truly dreadfully poor imitation of the original. Hammond’s performance is just plainly embarrassing, the courses are pathetic when compared to the yanks & in the seemingly half-length eliminator if the contestants fall off then they get to just go on to the next bit. Not at all like our poor old American friends who get to try again & again, after having their heads nearly knocked off, until they get it right.
So to sum up, unless they produce this show in a form more faithful to the original formula then the BBC would be better off just buying the rights to air the original USA version or not bothering at all.

Its a load of crap, pure dumbing down. But as can be seen from this thread, dumbing down is popular.

Wall of punches and the rotating jumpy thing are hilarious, the rest is meh.

Hush, you're not supposed to talk about equally stupid programs from 15 years ago, or peoples "dumbing down" arguments fall apart.

I prefer the USA one the commentators make it better than hammond. Takeshi's castle is the dday though.
Theres a chinese all you can eat resteraunt in town. theres around 12 plasma tvs all showing nothing but Takeshis Castle continuously. Makes conversation hard as everybodys eyes just keep drifting up to the TVs.
