yeah, it uses data from your GPS so say, I've got 800.

and speed, cadence sensor.. garmin it self comes with temp etc so you can use all that data and over-lay it over video

you don't need to buy "elite" version for that.

The Elite version I believe communicates with your S&C itself rather than having to use software afterwards to overlay the info from your Garmin. HRM is quite cool on there too!

There's lots of different overlays you can choose showing lots of different data

Edit: It's been a few weeks since I last watched any grudas^filtering, never ceases to amaze and astound me! Extra kudos!

Yeah, this was from back in December soon after I got the VIRB, I've not bothered to upload any since...

Mind numbingly boring but entirely why I record my riding! I move them off the VIRB once a week, label the ones I remember (usually with a driver/ped being a moron) and dump them on my NAS. The rest get deleted. One day I'll 'do a grudas' and put all the good bits together. Maybe.
