Bikers Youtube thread

Good shot tho
Cheers m9 :)

Even more? It seems pointless as looking at the footage from the friend behind me I'm on the limit of the bike. Pushing it further means going down completely... :/ I need a supersport... than I'll try elbow down. :D

Leaning off the bike more means the bike is more upright, less peg scraping and safer cornering as you're less on the very edge of the tyre.

Edit: in that pic your bum has moved on the seat a few inches, not a lot.

This is hanging off.

The thing is, I'm bad at learning the theory. I find it easier to see something and than try to re-create it. That's why a picture of the position you're talking about would help. :)

Edit:
Cheers will give it a go at some point, it just feesl weird the more lent of the bike you're...

Looks like your on the very edge of your tyre on that last picture.

You need to move your bum over more off the seat. A few more inches you would have come off.

Nah, the rear would just kick of and do a little wiggle, been there... done that. :p

I pretty much have to take my bottom of the seat and hang of like crazy... by looking at that picture I think my bar end mirrors will get in the way. hmm

Seen both videos, that guy on the Kawasaki was dangerous. I didn't really pay much attention whilst watching the 2nd, it doesn't help that all those guides are on fully faired supersports. The position is slightly different on a naked, it looks like it anyway...

Yup, I turned off after a few minutes, it's ridiculous.

It's all "You'll actually speak to a human who listens and understands" advertising BS. Bet they're nothing like that when you call up. Typical insurance company/broker.
