Really good vid. The van driver was ace, I'd definitely buy him a beer. The guy in the Micra shouldn't be anywhere near a car if anything he says is true.

TBH, pretty poor riding from the lad on the 125 too, why was he going into the 2nd lane straight from the roundabout? obviously the micra was in the wrong lane to go left, but as we all know, micra drivers = stay well clear!!

The car shouldn't have driven off, but I have to say, the biker could have prevented that too.

The car was in front entering the roundabout, just looking at the cars angle would have made me hold back to see what he was going to do. Even then, going into the right hand lane with no mirror or shoulder checks...

The rider has said he was trying to take the 2nd exit so he would have just continued across in the outside lane of the roundabout had the car not forced him into the the right hand lane of the 1st exit, so I don't think he was trying to change lanes at all.

That did look easily avoidable though, the way the roundabout is laid out I bet a lot of cars try and do a left turn from the right hand lane.

I missed that bit (I watched without audio), I thought he was taking 1st exit, but started drifting over into the second lane of the exit. If he was going straight on, the the car is to blame.

Either way, I personally don't trust anyone to do the right thing, so am always super cautious when level with a car (on a straight or roundabout.)

I had quite a spirited ride for my course, if I was really late they would have cancelled it = points and fine. I can imagine the police officer face if he asked me where I'm in a hurry to... speeding awareness course. :rolleyes:

The Desmosedici sounds so aggressive!

I could possibly get an 848 for the same money as a GSXR, R6 or Daytona. Well that depends how much it'll cost in just over a year

The only Ducati that I love the looks of. :cool:
