What a moron. You don't outrun a cop, especially a bike cop. This is by far the worst riding I have seen in any shape or form.

Biker cops are so smooth in their riding skills. Hauling that HGV on two wheels with precision.

Definitely got a screw loose riding one of those flat out in the wet.

Yup, looks like it. That bike is on full tilt at that speed. I am surprised it made it to that number.
