Bikes and road tax.

I cycle and drive a car, I pay my road tax AND i use cycle on the road, so i have more right then drivers that just drive.

Drivers are lazy and ignorant, the fact is they touch me and slip under there wheels I am dead. I dont ride like nutter, I ride a fast pace and i can easily accelerate as fast as most cars on the road, nothing better than pulling away on your bike and leaving the car behind.

Also why do drivers park on the side of the road so I have to ride in the middle of the road with cars overtaking me and cars on the other side of the road not moving over.

How do you work that out????

If you ride a bicycle you have to play by the rules same as the car drivers, you have no more rights than any other road user...

If you are selfish, then you will frustrate other road users, be that in a car or on a bike... if you are frustrating other road users then you put yourself at risk and others...

Heres the deal...

Bikes are supposed to stay to the left...

If you dont stay to the left, dont be surprised if a car driver overtakes you dangerously in his impatience...

Same goes for the rest of the cyclists that ride side by side down country lanes... dont be surprised if a car comes quickly round a bend and barely misses you...

The only right you have on a cycle is to ride as responsibly as possible to preserve your own life... as nobody else will do it for you....

If a cyclist rides where they should then a car driver will be able to give them plenty of room and pass them safely... make it easy for them to keep you safe, dont ride like an idiot, as his scratched wing is your crushed skull!!!!

It truely amazes me how many cyclists feel it is a good idea to antagonise car drivers...
