Billion 8800NL on sky but need to get the settings

Ok I am being sackless I cant get the password from that rubbish Sky sr102, I cant stand it poor wifi and flakey SNR drops any longer.

how do I do it? am I missing something and do I have to use wireshark as it didnt wanna work.
