Hi I have not messed about with this PC in terms of bios update or messed around with bios settings.

My Ram

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £148.69 (includes shipping: £8.70)

In the bios it says that XMP profile is enabled but memory is showing 2133mhz on both ram. In windows Task manager it displays ram as 16GB but does not show what speed, slot used, Form Factor.

This is on a aorus x570 pro mother board. All drivers and windows updated. Thanks for any help.

Try CPU-z see what that says its running at, it will also tell you which slots are occupied etc.

Also in the bios, disable XMP, save and exit, reboot back to the bios, enable XMP, and see if it works, any failure to post, or boot, will resort it back to defaults, regardless of it saying XMP is enabled.

Hi in CPU Z in the memory tab it says.

Type DDR4, Channel # Dual, Size 16 Gbytes, DC Mode greyed out, NB Frequency 1796.4 MHZ

Timings

DRAM Frequency 1796.4MHz
FSB:DRAM 3.54
CAS#LATENCY (CL) 10.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay (tRCD) 22clocks
RAS#Percharge (tRP) 22 clocks
Cyde Time (tRAS)42 clocks
Bank Cycle Time (tRC) 64 clocks
Command Rate (CR) 1T

DRAM idle Timer greyed out
Total CAS# (tRDRAM) Greyed out
Row to Column (tRCD) Greyed out.

Hope that helps.

In SPD tab with XMP enabled it says

Slot 2 and slot 4. DDR4-2132 (1066MHz)

SPD tab is just information, the memory tab is what your ram is running at, speed and timings, so you are running 1 to 1 with NB and ram at the same speed and your ram is running at 3600mhz, apparently 10-22-22-42-64, are you sure its CAS 10 ? thats very tight for that speed, and if it really is, you may want to memtest it to make sure its stable.

All DDR4 chips are 2133mhz overclocked, this is mine:
