BIOS - Cant Flash Back!! X570-E GAMING

This was my fix for Flashing Back my x570-E Gaming Board if you have a BIOS Flsh Back Port and button (not much on the net or in manual how to flash back using a drive and the renamer so here you go...

I used a USB Drive (FAT32), and obtained the BIOS version from Asus website.

With some of the versions on the Asus site you have an .exe file with is names "BIOS Rename" so be sure to download a couple to find the .exe its mainly the older ones which do not have this file.

(You must run this file once you have extraced the files in order to rename the older version of BIOS, I guess this then allows the current BIOS to think you are actually flashing to a newer version)

Format USB Drive to FAT32 Format and copy over the BIOS Version file only.

Power Off System.

Insert USB Drive into the rear panel named "BIOS" USB port.

Hold the "Flsh Bk" Button for 3 Seconds. Indicator with flash green and continue to do so until Flash back is complete.
System may or may not automatically reboot.
but as long as there is no indicator flashing you may reboot if the system hasn't already done so.

Wait without hitting any keys as the system may want to update further settings.

ah so guys i have just noticed, i have now overclocked my CPU a little bit. and in CPU-Z all cores are staying a 4.2Ghz and not moving at all!... so i guess when overclocked the cores don't adapt voltages or change speeds?
This is obviously why I was confused to see the "crazy jumps" as I was calling it..!
