Bios checksum error

I bought a Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3 board a couple of weeks ago,at first it was great but on Monday it crashed on starting and came up with Main bios checksum error.
Sometimes it comes up with Backup bios checksum error,it says bios is autorecovering but nothing happens can't get into bios at all.
Any ideas?

Reset the BIOS (RTFM). Then enter the BIOS and configure it correctly.

Thanks for the reply how do ireset the bios i have tried clearing the cmos but this did'nt work

I don't think so it gets stuck in a loop of restarting displaying the error message and saying bios is auto recovering
