If I remember correct LLC minimises the vdrop/vdroop. Meaning that the voltage will stay close to what you set it in the bios. Without LLC you may have to set the vcore higher to achieve a stable oc. As under load the voltage will drop/droop.

Good 4.3 overclock. Getting to 4.4-4.5 may require bumping the vcore a fair bit.
