BIOS tpyes?

Hi all,

I have been trying to find somewhere on my BIOS to start to overclock my PC and havn't found anything. My BIOS is:-
'Pheonix Technologies, Ltd', Version 1005, Date 10/11/2007.

The reason i ask is because have been extensively reading other posts and spotted some screenshots of an ASUS BIOS which had obvious settings to enable overclocking, mine hasn't.

Can i change the BIOS to an ASUS one?

MY mb is an ASUS P5N-E SLi.
Chipset:-nForce 650i SLi
CPU:-Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4GHz


Can anybody help me please???????????

My BIOS doesnt look like that at all.......
Going to down everything from the site and try to flash a different BIOS on there.
