BIOS update

Would someone kindly explain the correct proceedure for updating the BIOS on my DFI LanParty 790FX-B M2RSH motherboard please.

I've checked the DFI website and none all the relevent searches, however the instructions differ slightly and I'd like to get it right.

Motherboard: As above
OS: Windows 7
BIOS: Award
Device: USB stick

Method used depends on whether you have a AMi or Award bios. It will tell you on the post screen. Taken from your motherboards page on DFI's website:-

NOTE: users of WindowsXP 32bit and 64bit can use Winflash to update their bios if they do not have a floppy drive. Click here to download Wiinflash Ver 1.94 and Click here to view instructions for flashing bios using Winflash Ver 1.94 , only if you are using winXP 32 bit or 64 bit.
